    Decorative Hardware has been our passion; it goes back to 1972 when we started manufacturing Decorative Cabinet Handles, Knobs, Security Door Chains and Door Stoppers. These products were manufactured from scratch at our manufacturing facility, with in-house capabilities of Casting, Machining, Powder Coating, Electroplating and Packaging.

    Now, the second generation of the family introduces a contemporary range of Architectural Hardware: Modular Railing Systems. We are headquartered out of Flower Mound (DFW Metroplex), Texas and furnish & install throughout the 50 states.

    VIVA team comprises of people that are the best in the industry, in areas of Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, Estimating and Project Management. Justifiably our people are our most priced asset.

    We have gained trust of our customers in serving them at projects from Miami to Boston, El-Paso to Seattle and Puerto Rico to Hawaii.     VIVA Railings is proud to offer LEED Material & Resources Credits 4.1 and 4.2 for your LEED Certified projects. All stainless steel products by VIVA Railings, LLC contain a minimum of 65% pre-consumer and post-consumer recycled content, with a minimum post-consumer recycled content of 25%.
